General
Terms:
The
materials and workmanship of our products are guaranteed when
given proper treatment and used under normal conditions. All
products must be washed in cold water with a mild detergent
and dried either by line or cool cycle in a dryer.
It
is scientifically not possible to achieve a perfect dye match
from one dye lot to another, or graphically match color based
on dye lots. Therefore we cannot guarantee a perfect match from
order to order or from one fabric to another.
Price
Policy:
All listed pricing is based on our retail policy. Prices
are subject to change without notice. Merchandise will be invoiced
at the price in effect at the time of purchase. The customer
will be notified on the price that is in effect at the purchase
time.
Terms:
Prices are FOB shipping point. Payment is due prior to shipment.
Minimum
Order Requirements:
All accounts are subject to an MOC of $50.00.
Special
Orders:
Most orders placed with GameDay are considered special orders
as we normally customize printing to a special need. These orders
are considered on an individual basis. Since all special orders
are manufactured on availability, there may be size variations,
overages, and shortages. Any special order will require a 50%
deposit with payment in full made prior to delivery. Special
orders as defined by GameDay may not be cancelled or returned
for any reason.
Discounts:
GameDay operates certain discount programs that change from
time to time as determined by GameDay depending upon product
availability, inventory, and productions levels among other
things.
Shipments,
Restocking, and Handling Fees:
GameDay ships all orders "FOB" GameDay shipping
locations. If an order is shipped and refused the customer is
responsible for all associated shipping fees, and a restocking
fee of 25% if the order is not a "special order" as
defined by GameDay. All orders are subject to shipping and handling
fees and are made available to the customer at invoicing.
Cancellations:
Special Orders may not be cancelled. All orders are considered
to be final orders, and are subject to restocking fees.
Returns:
All special orders may not be cancelled or returned for any
reason. Orders deemed not to be special by GameDay will carry
a 25% restocking fee.
No
Warranty:
GameDay makes no warranty of any kind express or implied,
except that goods sold by GameDay shall be of a standard set
by GameDay and that all goods meet or exceed the requirement
of the Textile Fiber Products identification Act.
